IWS Features

Course

Animated videos overviewing key concepts and topics within investing. Lessons are typically 5 to 10 minutes and are followed by progress checks and a questionnaire. 

Assignments/Activities

Students have the ability to upload their own material and complete activities regarding daily and weekly news/updates, takeaways from practice games, and commentary to newly released articles.

Weekly Analysis

A thorough analysis of the news, trends, and updates in the stock and cryptocurrency markets on a weekly basis. Students can upload their own weekly analysis and reactions/takeaways to the previous week. 

Chapter Exams

Chapter exams include a broader scope of information than those of progress checks and are roughly 20+ Multiple Choice questions. Each chapter exam will pertain to a specific chapter within the IWS Course.

Glossary

Key terms and vocabulary for the stock and cryptocurrency markets. Students can use the glossary if confused about any investing terms and study for progress checks or chapter exams.

Progress Checks

To ensure comprehension of each topic, course videos include a 5 to 10 question follow-up quiz. Answers and explanations are provided. All progress is saved in a student's account.

Expert Opinions

Multiple individuals with investing-related careers and experiences support students' journeys of learning investing through verifying content and information, live education appearances, and email support.

Daily Market Update

Everyday, students will be updated on the current status/changes in the stock and cryptocurrency markets. Students can upload material pertaining to daily portfolio changes in their Practice Game and takeaways from the day.

Student Collaboration

Schools have the option to turn on or off forums (group discussions) in which their students and teachers can connect with each other and share IWS progress.

Fun Fact Galore

There is never a shortage of fun facts on the IWS program. Students can periodically check the fun fact page for new statistics regarding investing.

Live Education

Featuring guest speakers with experience within the investing field, Live Education allows students to directly ask questions and go in-depth with a lesson being taught by experts.

Custom-Made Articles

Custom-made articles by IWS expand further than course information. Articles are designed to be interesting and entertaining to read. Questions at the end of each article allow for students to analyze their takeaways.

Practice Games

Live simulated stock and crypto market games provide a perfect opportunity for students to experience investing without the use of real money. Students can upload material regarding their portfolio and track their progress.

Helpful Tips

List of tips for beginner investors that includes strategies for long-term profits and ways to be aware of scams/fraudulent investments.

Account Setup

Investing With Students provides the ability for students to sign up for a real stock or cryptocurrency account through a step-bystep guide.

Supervision of Parent/Guardian is necessary for students under the age of 18.
